The language in a factual piece of writing needs to be precise and objective. The use of emotive language would suggest that the writer is trying to be persuasive.
The domain in web addresses can be important.
.edu or .gov are used for educational and government sites and would contain more reliable information than a commercial site which has a .com address or an organisation which has .org
