A recent study (Welbourne 2001) explained that well-organised teams often produce better results for an organisation than individuals.
A direct quote must include the page number where the quotation was found.
"A key reason for using teams is that, under many circumstances, they perform better than the same number of people operating as individuals" (Welbourne 2001, p5)
