What needs to go into the bibliography or reference list?

Books

• The information that you need can usually be found on the title page and the back of the title page of the book.

• When citing, always indent the second and subsequent lines five spaces.

Include: the author's family name/surname and initial, the year of publication, the title of book (in italics), the name of publisher, and the place of publication.

With a single author

Welbourne, M., 2001, Understanding teams,
     Prentice Hall, Frenchs Forest.

With two or more authors

Cohen, D., Kilham, H. & Oates, K., 1989, The
     complete book of child safety, Simon & Schuster,
     Brookvale.

Tip: Record the details of your sources as you are taking notes.
