Your "Library Card Number" is printed under the barcode on your Institute ID card. It starts with an "X".

For Students: your PIN is the day & month from your birthdate, in the "ddmm" format.

For Staff: your PIN is your payroll number, excluding any leading zeroes.  Then drop the check digit on the end and your PIN number would be 123
